# Terms of Service & EULA

By installing, activating, or using Hush Touch, you agree to these terms.

## License Grant

- Non-exclusive, non-transferable license
- Up to three devices owned or controlled by the user
- Personal or commercial use
- Software is licensed, not sold

## Restrictions

- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly except where EU law requires
- No modification or derivative works
- No redistribution, sublicensing, renting, or leasing
- No removal of proprietary notices

## Subscriptions & Billing

- Plans: Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime
- Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew until cancelled
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges
- Manage or cancel anytime at https://hushtouch.com/affiliate/login
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period
- Failed renewals are retried before access is suspended

## Refund Policy

- Unactivated direct-purchase licenses: full refund within 14 days
- Subscriptions: cancel anytime; partial periods generally not refunded
- App Store purchases: handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com

## EU Consumer Rights

- 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
- Right of withdrawal is waived once the license key is delivered and activation has begun (Article 16(m))
- EU Online Dispute Resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

## Warranties & Liability

- Software provided 'as is' without warranty
- Liability limited to the extent permitted by applicable law
- EU/EEA statutory consumer protections are not affected

## Governing Law

- EU/EEA consumers: laws of country of residence
- All other users: laws of the United States

## Updates

- Material changes notified by email or in-app notice
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
